Dovizioso takes MotoGP pole in floodlit Qatar

Andrea Dovizioso (Photo by MotoGP)Ducati’s Andrea Dovizioso claimed the first pole position of the 2015 campaign in Qatar

ahead of the two Honda's of Dani Pedroa and current MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez.
Dovizioso’s team-mate Andrea Iannone qualified fourth with Pramac Racings Yonny Hernandez in fifth. Yamaha’s Jorge Lorenzo set the sixth fastest time with Tech3 Yamaha’s Bradley smith following on. Lorenzo’s factory team-mate Valentino Rossi was a place back in eighth. Pramac Ducati rider Danilo Petrucci and Pol Espargaro rounded out the top ten. By Laura Turner
