Howard Fuller (photo by Marc Waller)It was announced Friday that 2012 debutant Howard Fuller would return to the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship grid for part of the 2013 season with Team HARD.

Howard will be sharing driving responsibilities in the NGTC-spec VW Passat CC with Robb Holland – who also made his debut in the series in 2012.

Fuller’s introduction to the championship came about after winning for the team in their pursuit of the VW Cup in 2012 and having made an impression at Rockingham last September, was invited back for the penultimate round at Silverstone – where he continued with some strong point scoring finishes.

He told btcc.net; “It can be frustrating reading about everyone else’s plans while I’ve been busy trying to secure my own place. I’m just thankful to Tony for the opportunity and I can’t wait to work with him and the team again.”

Howard joins an array of drivers already confirmed for Team HARD’s 2013 season campaign, including fellow Passat CC driver Tom Onslow-Cole and the two NGTC Insignia drivers Jack Goff and James Cole, who were all announced earlier this year.   By Nikki Thompson
