2017 Mighty Mini champion Alice Hughes and 2016 JSCC champion Katie Milner are teaming up this season to enter the Citroen C1 Challenge, a low cost one make endurance championship featuring the popular Citroen city car.
For the first time in its history an all female driver line up will enter the European Le Mans Series as a full season entry. Manuela Gostner (Italy), Rahel Frey (Switzerland) and Michelle Gatting (Denmark) will race at the wheel of the n°83 Kessel Racing F488 GTE in 2019 starting at the 4 Hours of Le Castellet in April.
British racing driver Charlie Martin has announced that she will compete in the Michelin Le Mans Cup in 2019, making her prototype racing debut with the Racing Experience team – an important step on her mission to become the first transgender competitor in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
