MG Racing’s Ashley Sutton secured his second ever pole position in the BTCC here at Silverstone.

The time screens for the BTCC second practice session at Silverstone took a more familiar look than the wet first session as this time it took place on an entirely dry track.

Adam Morgan is the early pace setter at Silverstone to the BTCC first practice session although the unexpectedly wet conditions saw several drivers spending more time in the pits than the track.
