The Iron Dames return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the seventh year in a row, writing yet another chapter in their trailblazing story as the only all-female line-up among the 62 teams entered in the most iconic endurance race in the world.
In partnership with TotalEnergies, the Iron Dames proudly launched the next chapter of their purpose-driven journey with a bold statement: “Powering Your Dreams” at scrutineering.
Strengthened by the Porsche x Iron Dames collaboration and racing with reigning champions Manthey EMA in the #85 Porsche 911 GT3 R, the Iron Dames are entering the fourth round of the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship at Le Mans.
After a livery inspired by children’s dreams in 2024, the Iron Dames return this year with a brand-new design that takes that vision even further. The 2025 “Powering Your Dreams” livery is symbolic as well as eye-catching, with every curve and colour reflecting the very pillars of the Iron Dames attitude: Passion, Determination, Discipline, Commitment and Energy.
This is more than a car, it’s a rolling declaration of what it takes to chase the impossible and a visual tribute to what it means to dream and deliver.
The Iron Dames line-up is a perfect match for their message and together they form a trio ready to challenge the best and push for a landmark result in the fiercely competitive LMGT3 category.
Michelle Gatting (Denmark) – Newly promoted Porsche contracted driver. Michelle brings proven pace, consistency, and relentless focus, with several Le Mans campaigns under her belt.
Rahel Frey (Switzerland) – A pioneer in international GT racing with two decades of elite motorsport experience, including multiple Le Mans appearances.
Célia Martin (France) – Making her Le Mans debut. Célia has quickly risen through the ranks of GT racing and now steps onto the world stage with the Iron Dames.
Fans are at the heart of the movement in Le Mans because Powering Your Dreams is more than a motto, it’s a movement designed to inspire a new generation to believe in themselves and pursue their goals with the right attitude.
Since 1923, the 24 Hours of Le Mans has been a proving ground where machines, teams and people are pushed beyond limits. Watched by over 300,000 fans on site and millions globally, Le Mans is not just the ultimate test of endurance—it’s the perfect platform to showcase what it takes to dream, commit and deliver.
Michelle Gatting said: “Being back in Le Mans is always special, being back for the 7th time as an Iron Dame and a Porsche driver is even more special. I’m very excited for this particular 24h of Le Mans coming up, as we are announcing a new strong partnership with TotalEnergies but also because we are racing with the team that dominated 24h of Le Mans last year. Obviously we know the task won’t be easy, it never is, and therefore we have to be extra strong, work extra hard to achieve a good result.”
Rahel Fey said: “I’m really looking forward to the 24 Hours of Le Mans—my favorite race of the year! Being back with Porsche, where we achieved our best result so far, and now joining the championship-defending team in partnership with TotalEnergies makes this event even more special. It’s another milestone for the Iron Dames project and a testament to how far we’ve come! Allez Iron Dames
Celia Martin said: “Racing my first 24H of Le Mans is a dream come true, and doing it with the ‘Powering Your Dreams’ livery makes it even more special. Together with Iron Dames, Porsche, Manthey and TotalEnergies, we’re sending a message that goes beyond racing: ambition, inclusion, and determination — We’re proving that motorsport can be a force for change, empowering the next generation to chase their dreams, on and off track. And I am proud to share this adventure with my two experienced teammates Michelle and Rahel.”
Another 2025 Le Mans rookie is Jamie Chadwick who will race alongside Mathys Jaubert and Andre Lotterer in the #18 IDEC Sport Oreca 07 – Gibson in LMP2.
Returning to Le Mans this year is Lilou Wadoux in the #150 Ferrari 296 with teammates Custodio Toledo and Riccardo Agostini in LMGT3.
