Rob Austin has inherited pole position at Donington Park for race one tomorrow after Ashley Sutton was disqualified from qualifying for a technical infringement on the Subaru Levorg’s Turbo Overboost.
Jake Hill has also been disqualified, but his issue was with the angle of the rear wing.
Rob Austin is now on pole from Eurotech’s Jack Goff.

In other news TOCA, the championship organisers, today advised all teams and drivers of a new driving standards directive at this morning’s Drivers Briefing. The directive was effective immediately.
Should a driver feel they may have inadvertently gained an unfair advantage from an on-track incident with another driver, they now have the opportunity to redress that advantage within one lap and thus avoid a potential subsequent penalty.
