Crutchlow grabs second MotoGP pole in Brno

Cal Crutchlow (photo by MotoGP)Monster Tech3 Yamaha’s Cal Crutchlow grabbed his second pole position of the season so far at the bwin Grand Prix at the Czech Republic,

ahead of GO&FUN Honda Gresini’s Alvaro Bautista who used the slipstream of Marquez to his advantage taking second place. Completing the top three was Marc Marquez.

Fourth and fifth place was taken by Repsol Honda’s Dani Pedrosa and Yamaha’s Jorge Lorenzo. Equalling his best qualifying was Monster Yamaha Tech3s Bradley Smith. Valentino Rossi followed on behind the young British rookie in seventh.


Making the final places in the top ten were LCR Honda’s Stefan Bradl and the Ducati duo Andrea Dovizioso and Nicky Hayden.
