Repsol Honda Marc Marquez topped the overall timesheets after setting the fastest time in the second free practice session at the Gran Premio Iveco de Aragon ahead of LCR Honda’s Stefan Bradl and Dani Pedrosa.
Current MotoGP world champion Jorge Lorenzo took fourth although the Spaniard had led the morning session his overall time put him in fourth position, in fifth was GO&FUN Honda Gresini’s Alvaro Bautista. Monster Yamaha Tech3 rider Cal Crutchlow and Factory Yamaha’s Valentino Rossi followed on. Ducati’s Andrea Dovizioso claimed eighth spot while Power Electronic Aspar’s Aleix Espargaro and Ducati’s Nicky Hayden completed the top ten. By Laura Turner
