Jason Plato has won the second race of the day at Thruxton taking his 90th career win in the process.

Gordon Shedden has won the first BTCC race of the day in an almost lights to flag victory. After passing pole sitter Aron Smith off the line, he pulled out a big lead and had an easy drive to win.
