Andy Priaulx has won the second race of the day at Silverstone after battling with Pole sitter Mat Jackson for the early part of the race.

Mat Jackson has taken a dominant lights to flag victory in the first BTCC race at Silverstone. Gordon Shedden was unable to challenge him from second and fell back into the clutches of Andrew Jordan’s MG.
